Working Process
RAW MATERIAL : Availabity of raw material is from our sources. Selection of material plays we select good quality of raw material to satisfy our customers requirement shining of finished goods is only possible with selection of goods & best quality of Raw Material for selctin of material our expert team first visit mines …. And if that satisfy and fits their requirement, than only that material is allowed to enter plant area.

SORTING : From the stack of material all the material is not suitable for production. Hence sorting of material is essential as it remains the unsuitable material which in return helps for uniform production of finished goods.

SIZING : The material receive from mines is always in uneven size. For uniform production & uniform feeding of material, sizing helps the material to receive uniform temperature to whole lot.

VSK PROCESS : We are using ertical shaft Kiln which is familiar with VSK. In VSK process the material is stacked inside Kiln vertically and it gets temperature vertically from bottom to top level. Each and Every particulars receive uniform temperature and in return we receive the uniform finished products.
